2010 Metro Area Pheasant Jamboree Registration

 You can register for the 2010 Metro Area Pheasant Jamboree by printing off the Registration Form and mailing it in with your payment.

However, we encourage you to complete your registration online and pay instantly through Paypal with any major credit card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, eCheck, or Paypal.

To complete your registration online:

1) Decide which ticket(s) and/or packages to purchase from the list below.
2) Click "Add To Cart" next to each separate item you want to purchase. A separate window will open and display your selections.
3) You will have the ability to modify quantities once they have been placed in your shopping cart.
4) Once you have finished adding items to your cart, select "Proceed to Checkout" in your shopping cart.
5) If you have a PayPal account, you can log in.  Otherwise select "continue" under the heading "Don't have a PayPal account?"
6) Enter your payment information to complete your registration.
7) Your tickets will be available at the registration table on the day of the Jamboree.  For sponsorship packages, all tickets will be held under the sponsor's name.
8) If you will be receiving a shirt as a part of your sponsorship package, a representative from Metro Area PF will contact you regarding sizing prior to the Jamboree.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE Includes Jamboree entrance, 1 PF membership, 2 dinner tickets, various door prizes, 25 tickets in the general raffle, PF Golf Shirt, and 1 ticket in the SPONSOR RAFFLE.	$250
DELUXE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE Includes Jamboree entrance, 1 PF membership, 5 dinner tickets, various door prizes, 50 tickets in the general raffle, PF Golf Shirt, and 2 tickets in the SPONSOR RAFFLE.	$500
CHARTER SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE Includes Jamboree entrance, 1 membership, 10 dinner tickets, 100 tickets in the general raffle, PF Browning Vest, framed Print of the Year, and 4 tickets in the SPONSOR RAFFLE.	$1000
SPORTING CLAYS Sporting Clays and other shooting events will be available beginning at 1:00 pm.  Cost will start at $30/person for a round of 50.  Prizes will be awarded for the top team and individual shooters.  If you are interested, please add this item to your shopping cart.  A $.01 charge will be added to your total.  A representative from Metro Area PF will contact you to schedule your time slot.  Payment will be collected on the day of the Jamboree.	$30

**Pheasants Forever Ford F-150 SuperCab Raffle Terms and Conditions: Grand Prize vehicle is a 2011 Ford F-150 SuperCab 4x4 XLT Pick-up.  Approximate retail value, including destination and delivery charge is $35,000.  Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter, have a valid driver's license and, as required by state law, provide evidence of insurance at the time the prize is awarded.  All applicable taxes, license, registration fees, insurance, dealer preparation charges and other expenses not listed herein are the winner's responsibility.  Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.  Winner need not be present at Grand Prize drawing to win.  Winner must present personal identification with his/her photograph, name and address and complete affidavit of eligibility and release to take delivery of Grand Prize Vehicle.  Drawing to take place 6/15/2011 at Pheasants Forever, Inc., 1783 Buerkle Circle, St. Paul, MN 55110.  Official rules and the name of the winner can be obtained by calling Pheasants Forever at (651) 773-2000.  Employees of Pheasants Forever and members of their immediate families are ineligible.  Prize cannot be substituted except by sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is not available.  Void where prohibited by law.
